Brand Purpose & Brand Definition

Hanamant B. Kulkarni, Founder of iStaffVision Consultancy LLP has been working in the IT Industry for a few years. He captured a market gap between recruiters and job seekers.

His idea was to help the growing businesses with the short-term and long-term engagement of employees. Be it Remote or in-house, iStaffVision wanted to help them all.

At Qoulomb, we conducted thorough market research of the target audience and existing competitor. Our first objective was to bring more clarity on Why iStaffVision came to market, What is iStaffVision Consultancy LLP, and How iStaffVision is going to help its potential target audience. After intriguing discussions with the founder, we created a definition like

iStaffVision Consultancy LLP is a one-stop destination for small and medium scale businesses for hiring part-time or permanent employees & outsourcing project-based requirements.

Brand Identity Design

After going through the discovery phase, now Qoulomb started working on the design that will become Brand Identity for the present and future.  Hiring a new employee has become a great deal for any business. It takes a lot of time and focuses on selecting the best talent these days.

Colors

This ensured that Blue Color has to be present in the branding design. Now, it was about uniquely defining the brand through one more color. Blue color lies in the red ocean of brands. Literally, you will find umpteen companies using it. Therefore having the second color was very important. 

Somewhere, the hiring process is also about taking bold decisions. Adding the Maroon Color brings “uniqueness” & a feeling of being courageous and bold at the same time. 

That’s how the colors were finalized after going through variations in terms of message and a good look. The name “iStaffVision Consultancy LLP” is a long name.

Typography

After discussing with the founder, we found that the core part of the name is iStaffVision. Considering this point, it was clear to bring this word in Focal Point of the whole logo. The variation in size, font style, and colors also helped in doing it.

Whitespace is considered one of the biggest elements while designing. The spacing between letters, the spacing between lines comes under Whitespace. Spacing can help you create a balance between the different elements. Here, the division of name asked to use a spacing technique to balance out the logo.

Again, while balancing, the fonts play an important role. Fonts have a direct psychological impact and people can ignore things just because of fonts that are not properly balanced with spacing.

The font used in this logo is – Nunito, Lovelace, and Helvetica

Nunito is a well-balanced, highly-readable sans-serif typeface. The characters have thin, uniform stroke widths that work well for both body and display copy. The sans-serif characters and high readability ensures that the Logo is simple and users can connect with it.

Helvetica is among the most widely used sans serif typefaces and has been a popular choice for corporate logos, including those for 3M, American Airlines, American Apparel, BMW, Jeep, JCPenney, Lufthansa, Microsoft, Mitsubishi Electric, Orange, Target, Toyota, Panasonic, Motorola, Kawasaki, and Verizon Wireless.

Lovelace is a unique font not used in many places. This font was recently designed to bring more elegance to styling the logo.

Shapes or Icons

Shapes bring a new dimension to the Logo. Each icon is visually very powerful to portray a meaning through shapes.

Generally, to make the logo clean and readable icons are places on the left or top of the logo. But, to bring more creativity and shape to the brand, we put some icons in the name itself to make it more appealing and meaningful.

With the name “iStaffVision”, it was clear that Founder wanted to show the “digitally powered system that will help businesses hire the mission-driven professionals.”
