Riverside B&J Hospital is a superspeciality hospital in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, founded by interventional cardiologists Dr. Pritish Bagul and Dr. Vinay Jaiswal. Their mission is delivering world-class cardiac, neurological, nephrology, urology, and oncology care at affordable prices for the community they serve.
Despite exceptional clinical expertise, the hospital had no online presence whatsoever when Qoulomb came on board in December 2024. No website, no rankings, no Google My Business properly configured. Patients who needed them simply could not find them.
Healthcare SEO is among the most competitive and trust-sensitive areas in digital marketing. Established hospitals with years of domain authority, hundreds of blog posts, and thousands of backlinks dominate page one. Building a brand-new website and ranking it from zero required a strategy that was methodical and relentless.
We designed and built the hospital website from scratch with clean architecture, proper schema markup, fast load times, and service pages structured to rank. GA4, Search Console, and Google My Business were configured from day one. The site launched in December 2024 with 19 organic users.
Launched a systematic content programme covering 30 optimised landing pages and high-intent blog content around real patient searches: heart bypass costs, angiography, cholesterol management, kidney disease, neurological conditions. Organic users grew from 19 to 416 in January alone and GMB calls began coming in.
Executed a 100-backlink campaign through profile submissions, link insertions, and guest posts on authoritative medical websites. Authority Score grew from 14 to 18. By July 2025, 59 keywords ranked in the top 10, 4 in the top 3, and the site was pulling 795 organic users per month.
The compounding effect of content, backlinks, and technical SEO kicked in together. Sessions surged past 2,600 per month. A single blog post on foods to avoid after angioplasty generated 7,561 sessions on its own. 500 keywords entered the top 10. Non-branded clicks grew 334%.
By March 2026 the site reaches 10,800 monthly organic visitors, up from 19 just 15 months earlier. 660 keywords in the top 10, 103 in the top 3. The hospital is now the dominant online presence in its local search market and is being cited by Google AI Overviews and major AI platforms.
