Riverside B&J Hospital, a healthcare provider in Navi Mumbai, was struggling with almost no online visibility at the start of 2025. Their website lacked optimization, rankings, and relevant content, making it difficult for patients to discover their services online. Qoulomb was brought in to build an SEO program from the ground up. Over six months, we executed technical optimization, content development, and link-building. The results were dramatic: organic traffic grew by over 29,000%, 259 quality backlinks were secured, and 77 keywords entered Google’s top 10 rankings.

Riverside B&J operates in a highly competitive healthcare environment where patients increasingly rely on search engines to make hospital choices. The hospital’s challenge was clear: while offering quality cardiac care, they were nearly invisible online. Their goals were to:

  • Rank for critical healthcare and treatment-related keywords

  • Increase patient inquiries through search visibility

  • Establish themselves as one of the top cardiac hospitals in Navi Mumbai

What: The Challenge

At the start of January 2025, Riverside B&J faced several urgent issues:

  • Technical foundation missing: SEO score of 0 and slow website performance.

  • Low engagement: Only 564 active users on the site in January, with minimal inquiries.

  • Keyword visibility absent: No presence in Google’s top 10 search results.

  • Weak local presence: Limited calls or traffic from their Google Business Profile.

How: Our Approach & Strategy

We developed a structured six-month SEO roadmap:

1. Technical SEO Fixes – Improved site health score from 0 to 85, optimized page loading speed, and resolved Core Web Vitals for both mobile and desktop.

 2. Keyword Strategy – Targeted critical local and treatment-based searches, such as “best heart hospital in Navi Mumbai” and “angiography cost in Mumbai.”

3. Link-Building – Earned 259 authoritative backlinks from healthcare and industry-related websites.

4. Google Business Profile Optimization – Increased visibility on maps and local searches, driving more direct calls and interactions.

Outcome & Impact

The impact of the campaign was transformative:

Organic Traffic: Increased by 29,233% compared to December 2024, reaching 1,760 monthly visits by August 2025.

Keyword Rankings: 4 keywords ranked in the top 3; 77 keywords reached the top 10. 

User Growth: Active users rose 130% (from 564 in January to 1,300 in August).

Search Console Results: Clicks grew 196%, impressions surged by 799%.

Local Engagement: Calls from Google Business Profile grew from 344 to 442 in just two months, a 28% increase.

Brand Authority: Top rankings achieved for competitive terms like “best cardiac hospital in Navi Mumbai” and “heart hospital in Panvel.”

Conclusion & Learnings

The Riverside B&J project demonstrates how a structured SEO program can transform digital visibility in just half a year. Technical fixes, content depth, and quality backlinks worked in synergy to deliver measurable growth. One lesson learned is the importance of aligning medical expertise with patient-centric keyword content, blogs addressing common treatment questions performed exceptionally well.
For the next phase, We will focus on optimizing click-through rates, expanding into new keyword clusters, and preparing for voice search to capture evolving patient search behaviors.
