About Qoulomb

What does Qoulomb do?

Qoulomb is an AI-first organic marketing agency. We focus exclusively on organic growth channels: SEO, AI SEO (GEO), email, social, and website conversion. We measure success by qualified lead generation, not traffic volume, and operate as a fractional marketing team embedded in your business rather than working at arm’s length.

How many clients has Qoulomb worked with?

We have worked with 150+ brands. Roughly 50% of our clients are based in the United States, with the remainder across the United Kingdom, UAE, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Singapore, and Thailand.

Which industries does Qoulomb specialise in?

Qoulomb specializes in B2B and SaaS industries with repeatable playbooks: FinTech, HRTech, MarTech, InsureTech, LegalTech, HealthTech, EdTech, vertical SaaS, data infrastructure, IT services, AI, and manufacturing. We don’t take on generalist work outside these categories, since our process depends on understanding the buyer, sales cycle, and search landscape in depth.

Differentiation & Positioning

How is Qoulomb different from other agencies?

Three things set Qoulomb apart. First, we are channel-focused, not full-service: we only do organic marketing, so attention isn’t split across paid media, PR, and events. Second, we are accountable to pipeline, not traffic; our reporting leads with qualified leads and pipeline influenced, and rankings are treated as a leading indicator, not an outcome. Third, we are AI-first in how we operate, not in what we deliver: AI handles the repetitive layer of the work (research, monitoring, auditing, clustering, alerting), so our strategists spend their time on judgment, positioning, and quality control. Nothing reaches a client without human review.

What does 'AI-first agency' actually mean at Qoulomb?

It means AI is embedded in how we operate, not bolted onto what we deliver. In practice, we build contextual knowledge engines that surface content opportunities from your product, customers, and competitors; we run AI-assisted topic clustering; and we maintain automated monitoring for rankings, crawl issues, link decay, AI citations, and traffic anomalies. What AI does not do is write your content unsupervised or make strategic calls. Every deliverable is reviewed and approved by a human specialist before it leaves our systems.

How do you ensure quality when AI is involved in the work?

Every workflow includes a mandatory human checkpoint before output ships. Our systems handle mechanical steps (data pulls, formatting, cross-referencing, monitoring), where errors typically come from fatigue rather than skill. Our specialists own the judgment-dependent steps: strategy, narrative, editorial standards, and final approval. We do not publish AI-generated content that hasn’t been substantively edited, fact-checked, and enriched with original perspective by a human.

Services & Methodology

What services does Qoulomb offer?

We deliver organic marketing across five surfaces: SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page), AI SEO / GEO (optimising for visibility inside AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews), email marketing, organic social, and website and landing page conversion. We do not run paid media.

What is your SEO process?

Our process runs in six steps.

  1. Product deep dive — we learn what you sell, to whom, and why they buy.
  2. Audience research — we map buyer roles, pains, and the language they actually use.
  3. SEO and GEO audit — technical health, and current visibility in both search engines and AI answer engines.
  4. Competitor analysis — where your competitors win, and where they are exposed.
  5. Keyword and topic research — building lead-generation-focused clusters rather than traffic-focused ones.
  6. A 90-day strategy with defined targets, which we then execute, measure, and iterate against.

How do you approach off-page SEO and authority building?

Our off-page SEO services focus on three pillars to build authority. Traditional digital PR and placement on relevant publications remains the foundation. Beyond that, we work to influence AI answers, ensuring your brand appears in the sources LLMs retrieve and cite when buyers ask evaluative questions about your category. We also build presence inside the communities where your buyers actually research, including industry Slack groups, subreddits, review platforms, and niche forums. Authority is now distributed across all three, not concentrated in backlinks alone.

How do you do keyword research?

We don’t rely on a single tool. We triangulate across keyword platforms, social listening, AI and GEO visibility tools, sales call transcripts, and competitor analysis to build clusters that map to buying intent rather than raw search volume. Our AI agents surface candidates; our strategists filter them against your ICP and sales cycle. The output prioritizes long-tail, high-intent terms organized into a hub-and-spoke content model that builds topical authority, signaling to both search engines and LLMs that you’re a definitive source in your category.

Engagement, Pricing & Commercials

How much does Qoulomb cost?

Our engagements typically range from $2,500 to $10,000 per month, depending on scope, the number of channels in play, and content volume. Pricing is retainer-based rather than hourly. We are transparent about this range up front because we would rather disqualify early than waste a buyer’s time.

Is Qoulomb cheaper than building an in-house team?

An equivalent in-house team means hiring a marketing manager, SEO specialist, content marketer, copywriter, designer, data analyst, social media manager, automation specialist, and web developer — each at $50,000 to $150,000+ per year in fully loaded cost, plus tooling, plus the ramp time before any of them produce results. A Qoulomb retainer gives you that function as a unit, along with enterprise tooling and playbooks refined across 150+ brands. The honest trade-off: an in-house team gives you deeper product context and permanent institutional knowledge. We give you speed, breadth, and pattern recognition from having solved the same problems many times. Most of our clients use us to build momentum, then hire in-house once the engine is running.

Results, Timelines & Reporting

How long does SEO take to show results?

SEO and GEO services both compound, so the honest answer is that meaningful returns arrive between months six and twelve — and continue accruing long after the investment period. That said, you should not be waiting six months to know whether it is working. Within the first 90 days we expect to show movement on leading indicators: technical health, indexation, ranking trajectory, first AI citations, and early qualified leads from bottom-of-funnel pages. At the start of an engagement we share projected targets for the 3-, 6-, and 9-month marks, so you can hold us to a benchmark rather than a feeling.

How do you measure success?

Qualified leads and pipeline influenced are the primary KPIs on every engagement. Rankings, traffic, impressions, and AI citations are tracked as leading indicators — they tell us whether the strategy is working before revenue can — but they are never presented as the result. If traffic goes up and leads do not, we treat that as a failure of strategy, not a win to be reported.

What does your reporting look like?

We run a weekly call and deliver a formal report every month. The monthly report has three parts. First, promised versus delivered: every deliverable we committed to, and whether it shipped. Second, projected versus achieved: the growth goals we forecast, against what the numbers actually did. Third, the plan for the coming month and quarter, and specifically how it closes any gap between the first two sections. The structure is deliberate — it makes it impossible to present activity as though it were progress, and it means you always know both what we did and whether it worked.

How often will we speak?

We hold a call every week throughout the engagement, plus a monthly reporting session covering deliverables, growth against projections, and the plan for the next month and quarter. Between calls, we work in a shared channel alongside your team.

Team & Working Model

Who will I actually work with?

Every account gets a dedicated pod led by an Account Director, who owns overall project direction and revenue alignment. Depending on scope, the pod includes an SEO Strategist, a Campaign Manager or SEO Lead, a Content Lead, RevOps and analytics support, and creative or landing-page specialists when needed. You work with the same people throughout the engagement — you are not handed from a senior salesperson to a junior executor after signing.

Do you outsource or white-label any work?

We don’t white-label. Strategy, execution, analytics, and quality control all sit with our in-house team, and we retain full accountability for everything delivered. For content, we supplement our in-house editorial team with a vetted network of subject-matter writers, briefed, edited, and signed off by our in-house Content Lead before anything reaches you. We never pass an account to a third-party agency.

Can Qoulomb work as an extension of our in-house team?

Yes — this is how most of our engagements run. We act as a fractional marketing team, filling capability gaps rather than duplicating what you already have. In practice this means we sit in your Slack, join your sprint rituals if you have them, and bring strategic clarity where your team lacks bandwidth or specialist depth. We audit your existing programmes and competitive landscape, set 30-60-90 day targets, and ramp execution so you can iterate quickly.

Onboarding

How quickly can we start?

We begin within three days of the contract being signed.

How do you learn our product?

We start every engagement with a complete product deep dive, and we treat it as a deliverable rather than a formality. We document what you sell, record the sessions, and write up detailed notes. From that, we produce a brand messaging document — the definitive reference for how your product is described, who it is for, and the language used to describe it. Every piece of content we produce afterwards is written against that document. This is what keeps messaging consistent across dozens of pages, channels, and writers over the life of an engagement.

Tools, Access & Security

What tools do you use, and what access will you need?

Our core stack spans SEO research (Semrush, Ahrefs), AI visibility and citation monitoring tools, search and analytics platforms (Google Search Console, Google Analytics), visitor identification and attribution (Factors, RB2B), and behavioural analytics (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar), alongside our internal AI workflow engine. To do the work, we need access to your Search Console, analytics, CMS, and CRM.

How do you handle data security and confidentiality?

We sign an NDA before any work begins. We don’t outsource or white-label, so your data never passes to a third-party agency. We use only privacy-compliant, internally approved tools; no ad-hoc software is introduced into an engagement. And we don’t put your data into any AI system without your written permission.
